  # Cash on delivery is not done by Sundarban Courier. Delivery charge through Sundarban Courier is Tk 120. 20 per kg will be added for the next kg.

  # Send us all over Bangladesh and delivery charge is Tk 100 up to 1 kg through pathao and e-courier. 20 per kg will be added for the next kg.

  # Cash on delivery nationwide for online shopping takes 2/3 days within Dhaka and 4/6 days outside Dhaka. We are at your side with any assistance required to confirm your order and deliver it.

  # Apart from Bangladesh, we also deliver abroad through FedEx and DHL. In that case, the product price and shipping charges are taken in advance. The shipping price depends on the international delivery charges of FedEx and DHL and according to the weight of the product.

  # The time of receiving the delivery must be opened in front of the delivery agent. Any discrepancy should be reported to the delivery agent.

  # Any inconsistencies in products purchased online should be reported to the delivery agent.If you do not want to receive the product for any reason, you can return the product by paying the delivery charge of Tk 100 to the delivery agent.
